All the attendees, including chairpersons, committee members, online or onsite invited/oral/ poster presenting authors, co-authors and committee members, must register online.

Registration Fees for onsite participants:

    1. FULL RATE
        - Register before July 15th, 2022: 360 USD (or 2400 RMB)
        - Register by July 16th, 2022 or later: 380 USD (or 2500 RMB)
    2. STUDENT RATE
        - Register before July 15th, 2022: 240 USD (or 1600 RMB)
        - Register by July 16th, 2022 or later: 260 USD (or 1700 RMB)

 

Registration Fees for online oversea participants:

    1. FULL RATE
        - Register before July 15th, 2022: 100 USD
        - Register by July 16th, 2022 or later: 140 USD
 

    2. STUDENT RATE (only for the oversea students with evidence of university registration)
        - Register before July 15th, 2022: 80 USD
        - Register by July 16th, 2022 or later: 120 USD
        - Special concession for the first-and-presenting author students with one accepted oral/poster abstract submission: 0 USD

    For register online, your registration will only be finalized once ICANS29 has received your payment.

 

 

Cancellation
    In order to receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent before July 31st, which will cause a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on requests postmarked after July 31st.

    In case the ICANS29 conference is cancelled, the conference attendees will be entitled to claim the reimbursement of the registration fees.
