Ion migration and accumulation in perovskite solar cells

A key feature distinguishing the perovskite with other semiconductors lies in their ionic  nature,  which  allow  facile  ion  migration  and  accumulation  under  different external stresses. In this talk, I will present our recent work on how  will the external stresses,  i.e.  heat,  light,  bias  voltage,  affect  the  ion  migration  and  accumulation properties in perovskite solar cells (PVSCs). Further, this talk will illustrate how will the ion accumulation affect the device performance of PVSCs.
